I've known Linda Eden for at least five years. When it came time to need the services of a realtor I knew I wanted to use Linda. She is very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I called or emailed her. I would highly recommend Linda for all your real estate needs.

Linda is one of the best in the business. She is patient, and considerate, and always returns calls. She knows are needs, and shows us only what we can afford. I highly recommend, her service, she is very knowlegeable.

We used her twice, once 2014 and then again in 2015. The first time she was totally professional and personal and treated us with respect. We did not buy at that time because we weren't ready. After a few months had past we approached Linda again and she was more than happy and willing to help us find a home that would meet our needs. Again she was professional and great to have as our representative in the purchase of a house. I would unreservedly recommend her.

We were matched with Linda without any previous knowledge of her or of what to expect in the home buying process. Little did we know how lucky we were in getting matched with her. Linda guided us through every step of the process. We started out as a short sale buyers on a house I found that stalled out after 8 months of waiting for a second bank's acceptance. Linda never gave up on us or the house and continued to fight for our interests until we finally decided to walk away from the deal. She then immediately helped us regroup and find several other homes within our new criteria (no short sales!) that were even better suited to us than the house I found originally. We toured these homes and had an offer in and accepted by the seller in less then a week. Linda then walked us through the steps of appraisal and home inspections and never pushed us in a particular direction as we were making our final decisions. Because of Linda's tireless efforts, we closed on that deal within 30 days of making the offer, just in time for Christmas. We felt cared for and protected throughout the entire process. As I sit in my dream house that I never thought would be possible, I cannot thank Linda enough for all that she did for my fiance and I in the 8 months she served as our Realtor.
